Payments & Contracts

All fees, retainers, and invoices will be raised by Zucii, even if communications are under the Lumyn brand.
Payments made towards Lumyn Consulting services are legally payments to Zucii.
Refunds, if applicable, will follow the terms outlined in specific agreements.

Lumyn/Zucii provide consulting and marketing services based on expertise and market insights, but we do not guarantee specific results unless stated in a signed contract.
We are not liable for indirect losses, business interruptions, or third-party actions that affect outcomes.
